Return & Exchange Policies

No Returns after 14 days of receipt regardless of reason. Returns must be in quality condition/ unworn with tags attached for full refund. AABÀ Boutique will provide full refund for defective products returned before 14 days after receipt of item(s). AABÀ Boutique is not responsible for allergic reactions to material/s contained in the products.

Return shipping for returned items is the responsibility of the customer and not AABÀ Boutique. Email questionsaaba@aababoutique.com within 5 business days to receiving purchased item(s) for approval for return(s): after return is approved, customer will have 14 days to return item. For return request please include in email: order number, picture of merchandise for return, reason for return/exchange. Please email us at questionsaaba@aababoutique.com with the tracking number of your return package once you mail your return. Once return is approved & item(s) are received, you will get an email notifying you that the return is received. It will take 5-7 business days for the return to process in your account. Processing timeframe could be sooner depending upon your financial institution. 

For exchange of merchandise for sizing , email questionsaababoutique@aababoutique.com within 5 business days after receiving your item(s). Please include your size needed and size being returned. The exchange item(s) must be in the condition listed above. The customer is responsible for the cost for return shipping and cost for shipping of the exchanged merchandise. Please email us at questionsaaba@aababoutique.com with the tracking number of your return package. Once item(s) needing to be exchanged is/are received, you will receive another email letting you know that your exchanged item(s) has been processed and the exchanged item(s) is on the way. 

 

Gift Card Policy:

This is a digital gift card that will be emailed to you or your designated recipient. Please double check & make sure the email and recipient name is correct.

** AABÀ Boutique is not responsible for digital gift cards being sent to incorrect email addresses & recipients. Please make sure you double check the email address and recipient.**

Gift card can only be used at AABÀ Boutique & cannot be returned or exchanged for cash value. 

If you purchased via gift card and would like to return your item(s). You return will be issued via another store gift card that will be emailed to you.

What size clothing do you carry?

We carry XS-3XL.

What is your refund/ exchange policy?

What is your shipping policy?

Your order will be packaged and sent to USPS within 24-48 hours after you place your order Monday- Friday. If you place your order after 3pm on Friday, your order will go out the following Monday.

Where can I track my order?

If you have a profile on our website, you will receive updates on your shipping via your email on file. If you do not have a profile with us, you can check the status of your package via the USPS website with tracking info from your shipping confirmation email.
